User registration

Step-by-step registration​

1. Enter your information​

On the registration page, you will see one field for your email and another for your password. This information is essential to ensure your security and the proper operation of the system.

2. Email verification​

After you fill in the email field, the system automatically checks whether the address is already registered. If it has been used, an error message informs you that a registration with this email already exists.

3. Create a secure password​

Your password must meet the following security requirements:

  • At least 8 characters;
  • At least 1 uppercase letter;
  • At least 1 lowercase letter;
  • At least 1 number;
  • At least 1 special character (such as @, #, or !).

These requirements help protect your account against unauthorized access.

4. Email confirmation​

After you enter your information, we will send a confirmation email containing a unique link that is valid for 15 minutes. Click this link to validate your registration.

5. Email sent screen​

After the confirmation email is sent, a screen confirms that the link was delivered. Check your inbox and spam folder, if necessary, and click the link to continue.

6. Registration confirmation​

When you click the confirmation link, a page informs you that your email was successfully verified and your registration is complete. You can now access your account.

7. Language selection​

During registration, you can select Portuguese, English, or Spanish. The confirmation email will also be sent in the selected language.

Step-by-step password recovery​

1. Access password recovery​

On the login screen, click Forgot my password, located below the email and password fields, to open the password recovery screen.

2. Password recovery screen​

The following guidance is displayed:

"We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password."

Enter a valid email address in the field below the message and click Send.

3. Email verification​

After you click Send, the system checks whether the email exists:

  • If it is registered, you immediately receive a password recovery email;
  • If it is not registered, the system does not display an error and takes no further action.

4. Email delivery confirmation​

A pop-up displays the following message:

"Password reset email sent. Please check your inbox."

The pop-up remains visible for 15 seconds. You are then redirected to the login screen.

5. Recovery email​

The email contains a button that opens the page where you can create a new password.

6. Create a new password​

Fill in the following fields:

  • New password;
  • Confirm new password.

The new password must meet the same security requirements used during registration:

  • At least 8 characters;
  • At least 1 uppercase letter;
  • At least 1 lowercase letter;
  • At least 1 number;
  • At least 1 special character (such as @, #, or !).

Click Confirm to complete the process.

The recovery link is valid for 15 minutes. If you do not reset your password within this period, request a new recovery link.

An expired link displays the following message:

"The password reset link has expired. Please request password recovery again."

After the password is successfully reset, the recovery link is disabled even if its validity period has not ended. This prevents the link from being reused.
